Here's how Lianex finds products, compares them across marketplaces, and decides what to show first — in plain language.

Where the data comes from

Results come from cached marketplace data that is refreshed on demand. Because of that, prices can lag what's live on the retailer's site — always confirm the current price and availability on the retailer's own page before you buy.

How cross-marketplace matches are graded

When Lianex compares an item across marketplaces, each candidate offer is graded into a tier by how closely it matches:

  1. Exact match — the same product.
  2. Small variations — minor differences.
  3. Big variations — notable differences.
  4. Similar — a related alternative.

The grading uses a mix of automated rules and AI-assisted matching.

How results are ordered

Within a tier, ordering considers price, condition, and how well an item matches the preferences you've told Lianex. There is no pay-for-placement and there are no sponsored results — nothing moves up because a retailer paid for it.
