Terms of use

Who we are. Lianex (lianex.ai) is an Australian price-comparison site and shopping assistant. Questions about these terms: support@lianex.ai.

What Lianex does. Lianex compares prices from online stores and marketplaces — today eBay, Amazon AU, JB Hi-Fi, AliExpress and SHEIN, with more being added (see the full list: Stores we search). We don't sell anything. When you buy, you buy on the shop's own website, under that shop's terms.

Prices and stock. Prices and availability come from the shops and can change at any time. Always check the price on the shop's page before you buy.

Affiliate links. Some links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Details: Affiliate disclosure.

Using the site and our API. You don't need an account. Please don't overload or try to break the site or our public API; usage limits apply, see Developers.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We work to keep information accurate, but to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from relying on a price or listing shown on Lianex.

Privacy. How we handle data: Privacy policy.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
